Help us upgrade a place of worship for this community in need.

For the past decade, Chosen has primarily sent international mission teams to Yucatán, México. The mission is to provide quality health care through first-rate equipment and the loving touch of both medical and non-medical personal while bringing glory to the God we serve. This trip will focus on maintaining the worship facility.

YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL to participate meaningfully in the projects. Non-skilled labor is needed to help in the construction of a cement floor for the church, Fountain of Hope.

To Apply

All applicants, if applicable, please email the following to Kristen Pepe at kristen@chosen210.com.

  • A photo copy of your passport photo page in color.
  • Medical/Dental Professionals must submit a copy of their diploma, credentials, CV, privileges and current professional license. (In addition, Anesthesia Providers - please send a copy of your DEA - controlled substance registration certificate.)
  • All applicants must sign and submit the Code of Conduct and Release of All Claims and Liability forms.
