We loan items free of charge to those in need within our community. There are no age, residency, income or insurance requirements to fulfill.

For many, affordable access to hospital-grade equipment remains a challenge. Your generous donation can change lives.
Chosen accepts a wide range of medical supplies and home healthcare equipment, such as canes, walkers, wheelchairs, bedside commodes, hospital beds, bandages, ostomy supplies, etc.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept prescription medicines, dialysis supplies, C-Pap or Bi-Pap machines, oxygen tanks, prosthetics, liquid nutrition, defibrillators, medical/chemical waste or reagents, mercury-containing devices, or clothing/home goods.
Donations may only be made during open hours. Please review the donation procedures by location for more details.
The Valladolid Pavillion of Chosen organizes and hosts mission trips that provide various aid to local communitiies and redistributes durable medical equipment.
Valladolid does not offer pick up nor delivery.

The Erie Pavillion of Chosen provides medical assessment events and can arrange pick up and drop off of home care equipment.
The Erie location (only) offers a limited pick-up/delivery service within a 10 – mile radius of the facility. A minimum, non-refundable contribution of $30.00 is required, along with photos of the items being donated. To schedule this service, contact Marcia at 814-833-3023.
Donations should be dropped off at our office during business hours. Use our contactless self-service aisle located at the first open warehouse bay door.
The Bryan Pavillion of Chosen serves the Brazos Valley area by redistributing durable medical equipment.
The Bryan office does not offer pick up nor delivery.
